We've been making our own artisanal ice creams for over 35 years, since our first location in Toronto on the Danforth. Right from our humble beginnings, we have been dedicated to creating ice cream experiences that transcend expectations.

You’ve asked and we listened - we took our greatest hits and packed them in take-home pints, so that you can enjoy your favourite ice cream anywhere, anytime.

Our ice creams are famous for being the creamiest and richest ever made.

Art is a core tenant for us at Demetres. We extended our love for the Toronto art scene by commissioning a local artist to illustrate the gorgeous art found on each of our pints. These pints are a feast for the eyes!

That comes from our extravagantly lavish ice cream base that is proprietary to Demetres. It’s this ultra rich, high butterfat, secret recipe goodness that makes each bite a taste of decadence.

We pair our ice cream base with interesting and bold flavours made with the highest quality ingredients.

Saffron, rosewater, and cardamom mingle in an extravagant base, with cream shards and pistachios woven in for texture. A flavour that whispers, but never goes unnoticed.

Über Ube

Ube’s naturally nutty, vanilla-like flavour creates a vibrant purple base, dotted with toasted cornflakes coated in shimmering gold chocolate. Über in every single way.

Sassy Mango Lassi

Double Baked Apple Pie

A deeply caramelized brown butter base is laden with plentiful apple pie pieces and crunchy cinnamon oat streusel swirled throughout. Double baked for double the taste.

Dulce & Banana

Abundant bunches of ripe bananas are marinated to capture that true banana taste. With nuanced dulce de leche blended throughout alongside chocolate hazelnut swirls, this flavour is truly bananas.

Honey Vanilla

Silky smooth, buzz-worthy, and complex: our take on this timeless classic is made with a blend of sweet cream, pure vanilla and Canadian honey.

Lemon Curd Blueberry

Fresh, bright, and crisp, this summer lover’s favourite flavour merges notes of lemon curd pie with our very own wild blueberry jam. We like to think it’s a picnic pie in a pint.

Maple Pecan Crunch

Sweet cream is infused with 100% Ontario Maple Syrup and layered generously with crunchy brittle. We top this pint off with an excessive abundance of salty, toasted Mexican pecans.

Matcha White Chocolatea

A base of ceremonial quality matcha green tea from Japan is elevated with an enlightened sprinkle of Belgian white chocolate flakes. A few spoonfuls will have you transported to a true state of serenity.

Pistachio Magnifique

This sumptuous blend of pure pistachio flavour and milk chocolate ganache has us donning fluffy white chef’s hats and gleefully kissing our fingers.

West Coast Salted Caramel

Taking great care with an ice cream icon, we craft our caramel using our very own mouth-watering recipe and add a perfect pinch of sea salt from the West Coast. Ahoy! A flavour that is shore to please.

Roasted White Chocolate²

A base of indulgently roasted Belgian white chocolate strewn with immaculate blonde chocolate flakes ensures that each mouthful is full of heavenly flavour.

Strawberry Blush

When our tart and tangy strawberry jam meets our soft and creamy base it’s bound to blush. A complimentary dash of balsamic is just the thing to unite these flavours in perfect harmony.

A perfectly balanced base of decadent Belgian chocolate and luxurious hazelnut artfully studded with praline croquant and chocolate flakes. Our supercrema is certainly super duper.
