The Demetres Caramel Brownie Cheesecake is what happens when two desserts decide they're better together. Each slice starts with a dense, fudgy brownie base baked into the bottom of the cake, then gets layered with smooth, classic-style cheesecake and swirled with rich caramel throughout. It's hand-cut from a full cake baked that morning at our in-house Woodbridge bakery, using the same artisanal methods we've used since 1989.

  • A lot of places will hand you a slice of cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and call it a day. Ours is built on a proper fudge brownie base, baked with the cheesecake itself, so the bottom of every slice has the dense, chewy bite of a real brownie. The caramel isn't a drizzle on top, it's swirled through the cheesecake layer, so you get caramel in every forkful. It's the kind of construction you can only pull off when you have your own bakery, which we've had in Woodbridge for over 35 years.
