Our Demetres Tiramisu is made with genuine mascarpone and true Savoiardi lady fingers, soaked in coffee, layered by hand and dusted with cocoa. It’s dense, properly bittersweet, and generous, a luxurious classic, done the long way. Like everything at Demetres, it's halal.

  • A classic Italian layered dessert of coffee-soaked Savoiardi lady fingers and sweetened mascarpone cream, finished with cocoa. The name means "pick me up", a nod to the coffee.

  • Yes. We use real mascarpone cheese and true Savoiardi lady fingers — no whipped topping, and no cream cheese standing in for the mascarpone.

  • Yes. Every Demetres dessert, including our tiramisu, is made at our own production bakery in Woodbridge, Ontario — never ordered in from an outside supplier.

  • Yes, our Tiramisu is halal. Everything at Demetres is halal.
