The Demetres New York Cheesecake is the cheesecake we built our reputation on. Dense, creamy, and unmistakably classic, each slice is made with real Canadian dairy cream cheese, finished with a hint of fresh lemon zest, and built on a homemade Biscoff cookie crumb base we bake in-house. It's made at our own Woodbridge bakery using artisanal methods we've refined since 1989, and served at every Demetres location across the GTA.
